PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The Marcus Elementary project involved extensive masonry and restoration work to preserve and enhance the school's structure. The project included the thorough cleaning and washing of 10,000 square feet of masonry, ensuring the exterior was refreshed and free from dirt and grime. Additionally, repointing was performed to restore the mortar joints, improving both the appearance and structural integrity of the walls. Brick replacement was also carried out where necessary, ensuring that the building maintained its historical charm while addressing any areas of deterioration. These efforts helped to maintain the school's longevity and visual appeal.
